American Reality Today has Five related sections:
LETTERS are first-hand depictions of anything that the writer feels is important. They must be true, and are most effective when they are based on personal experience and limited to around 200 words.
OP-EDS are longer pieces, up to 600 words, that frame, analyze, or challenge the public record often providing invaluable insights into what is going on, and how things work. First-hand perspective is invaluable here too.
We post pieces that engage reality in good faith: named claims, accountable reasoning, and respect for the people whose experiences are at stake. We do not publish partisan theater, conspiracy recycling, or essays that erase first-person evidence when it is inconvenient.
PHOTOS can sometimes tell a complete and persuasive story revealing more in a snapshot than, well, a thousand words.
VIDEOS, including self produced podcasts, are also welcome.
RESOURCES presents useful and interesting references organized into several main categories including Art, Nature, and Social Sciences.
All content is checked by an AI program for factual accuracy, legality, and basic decency and some content will also be reviewed by staff or volunteers for general appropriateness for this posting to the Site.
